I know what it feels like to lose yourself in your own life.

Meet Amanda

A woman with long brown hair, wearing a green T-shirt and jeans, is walking through a lush green field with dense foliage and trees in the background.

I’m Amanda Williams — a mom, CEO, runner, volunteer, friend, daughter, sister, and woman who spent years trying to be everything to everyone.

My Story

For a long time, I was surviving.

I remember sitting downstairs with my kids and feeling completely lost, empty, alone and like a shell of a person, even though I was surrounded by the people I loved.

I had become so wrapped up in surviving the day-to-day that I stopped asking myself what I wanted. I was carrying the mental load, trying to fix things I couldn’t control, and waiting for permission to speak my truth and start living my life.

What Changed

I stopped being a spectator.

I started focusing on what I could control. I let go of the responsibility for other people’s happiness. I started making room for running, reading, friendships, volunteering, quiet, joy, and myself.

I didn’t become less devoted to the people I love. I became more alive inside the life I was already living.

A young woman with long brown hair, wearing a burgundy t-shirt and jeans, smiling with her arms outstretched, sitting on a small wooden bench in front of a white fabric backdrop outdoors, surrounded by white and pink hydrangea flowers. The backdrop is tied to trees with green foliage.

Amanda’s Promise

If you’ll spend an hour with me, I’ll help you remember the woman you were before the world convinced you she had to become everything, for everyone else.

Why Her One Life

Because this is your one life.

I want women to feel like they’ve finally been given the permission they needed to live their life the way they want to; only to realize the permission was theirs to give all along.
